The semiconductor industry is navigating its most complex leadership era in decades.

Advanced nodes below 5nm, chiplet integration, wide bandgap power devices, AI accelerator architectures, automotive functional safety, and geopolitically fragmented supply chains are converging simultaneously. Yet most semiconductor executive search operates as if we're still in 2010.
